Step into the entrance, and the sheer spaciousness of this apartment washes over you. There’s a calming spatial quality that comes from the deliberate use of neutrals in the walls and floors. Pops of delicious colour in the built-in furniture add vibrancy, injecting a touch of warmth into the space. Simple and streamlined, the shoe rack in the foyer offers space to sit down while you put on your shoes. A tall unit to one end stores umbrellas, keys and other essentials.

Minimal and stylish, the entertainment unit is done up in a combo of brown and white high-gloss laminate, and is a sleek and functional addition to the space.
