Which cities is HomeLane Luxe available in?

Currently, HomeLane Luxe is only available in Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore, Pune, Kolkata, Hyderabad and Noida. The good news is that we’re expanding across the country and will be in your city soon!

Does HomeLane Luxe have a store?

HomeLane Luxe offerings are currently available at the HomeLane experience centres in JP Nagar, Hebbal, and Whitefield in Bangalore.

What is the timeline to complete an interiors project?

Each home is unique and has diverse needs. At HomeLane, we strive to complete your project within the shortest possible duration and communicate a timeline to you once the project design is finalised. Our team will ensure a timely delivery based on this promised time period.

Do you charge a design fee?

HomeLane offers the first design session at no cost. After which, you can choose to become a HomeLane Luxe member for INR 25,000 and get unique design themes and moodboards crafted exclusively for your home.

This fee will be adjusted in your final quotation if you sign-up with HomeLane for the project.

What is HomeLane Care?

HomeLane Care is our Post-installation Service and Warranty Program. This covers all products manufactured, supplied and installed by HomeLane.

Does HomeLane offer a warranty on their products and services?

HomeLane warrants to you that all Products will be free from any manufacturing defect and fault in installation workmanship. The warranty only applies if the Products are properly maintained and used for normal domestic use. Warranty details for various products are given below:

HomeLane does not warrant against and is not responsible for: (a) any condition of the Product attributable to; or (b) any damage to Products caused by any of the following:

    1. Wear and tear suffered through normal use (including scratches, dents and cuts) or damage caused by impacts or accidents or mishandling.

    2. Rusting of channels, hinges and other metallic parts. These could be damaged due to household chemicals and sprays or due to humidity or moisture or leakage of water on the material, hence care to be taken while using such products around hardware and accessories.

    3. Water leakage and seepage within the building structure and continuous dampness of the surface beyond:

      1. (seventy two) hours for BWP grade plywood (IS710);

      2. (forty eight) hours for BWR grade plywood (IS303); and

      3. (twenty four) hours for exterior grade PB and HDHMR materials.

    4. Degradation, discolouration, damage, fading, etc. in colour, grain, or texture of natural wood materials, laminates and other materials due to exposure to intensive or excessive light, sunlight, moisture or heat or other environmental factors.

    5. Use of inappropriate chemicals, detergents, abrasives or other inappropriate cleaning agents that can damage the wooden surface of the Products or rust accessories.

    6. Mistreatment, negligent use, misuse, insufficient, or improper care (including but not limited to exposure to harsh weather conditions).

    7. Alterations, modifications or use of products which are beyond or inconsistent with supplied Product instructions and / or not been authorized by HomeLane.

    8. Damage or stains due to water leakage and/or seepage.

    9. Damage caused by any force majeure event (such as flooding, hurricane, earthquake, lightning, etc.), environmental condition (such as air pollution, solvent exposure, mould, mildew etc.), or staining from foreign substances (such as dirt, grease, oils, sprays etc).

How can I claim my warranty?

Please visit homelane.com/care and submit your details with a brief description of your problem. Our executive will give you a call back within 24 working hours and schedule a visit if required.

Do I have to pay for a service visit?

Once you contact our Care Cell with your issue, depending upon the nature of service and the applicable warranty, our care representative will advise you on whether it is covered under the warranty or it is a chargeable service.

Can I renew my warranty?

Currently, we don’t have the option for you to extend your warranty period.
