With the increasing cases in Covid cases recently, we at HomeLane have implemented certain rules to safeguard the health of our customers and staff. Our experience centres, warehouses and factories are all fully functional. Home interiors installations on-site are also on track.

Here are the detailed steps we have taken to ensure the delivery of safe home interiors to our customers:

Use of personal protective equipment

All HomeLane staff members, warehouse and factory employees, design experts etc mandatorily use masks, sanitiser and gloves. Visitors at our experience centres or customers coming to visit their project site are also encouraged to wear masks and use sanitisers before entering the premises. We also regularly check the temperature of all visitors and employees working on-site or at experience centers.

Strict social distancing

At our experience centres, a limited number of people are allowed to stand in different zones to avoid overcrowding. Our customers help us by taking prior design appointments and avoid walk-ins.

No more than 4-5 people are allowed to be present / working on a project site at any given time. We are also following strict social distancing at our factories and warehouses and working with limited capacity.

Fumigation and regular sanitization

All our worksites, warehouses, factories and experience centres are regularly fumigated.

Regular cleaning and sanitisation are done for high contact surfaces at all experience centres. We especially sanitise all product samples, door knobs/handles, home decor items regularly. Closed spaces like meeting rooms in our experience centres are cleaned before and after every meeting.

Our teams on the project site ensure that all carpentry tools, site mapping tools, design drawings etc are also sanitised before use.

We also fumigate and sanitise the home interiors before handover at a nominal fee.


Contactless interior designing

Customers can meet the design experts virtually or in person for design consultations. Our design experts are trained and equipped with our 3D design tool, Spacecraft.

Our teams also share regular updates with our customers over Whatsapp and emails so that they don’t have to visit their new home until it is ready for handover.

Best hygiene practices

Our teams across the board are trained in best hygiene practices prescribed by WHO. For maintaining the best standards, we have appointed COVID officers at all our workspaces, namely, factories, experience centres, warehouses, offices etc.

As we begin to get back to normalcy, we have taken every step to prioritize the health of our customers and staff, while also ensuring that our customers are getting the same level of service we have always provided.
