1. Design Consultation

Share your ideas and floor plan to receive personalised 3D designs and an instant quote.

2. Book Your Order

Pay 5% of the quote value or ₹25,000, whichever is higher, to confirm your order.

3. Site Measurement

Pay the next 5% of the quote value to kick off site measurement.

4. Finalise Your Design

Select your preferred materials, finishes and colours. Pay 10% of quote value to lock designs, initiate site masking and design quality checks.

5. Start Production

Pay 30% of the quote value of woodwork to initiate production & the full balance amount for home decor services.

6. Installation & Handover

Pay the remaining 50% of quote value, and we’ll take care of the installation for a smooth move-in.

Your first design consultation is completely free of cost. Once you are satisfied with your initial design & layout, we request you to book your project with us by paying your quote value.

Do you offer a warranty on your products? How can I claim my warranty?

We offer a flat 10-year warranty on our products!
To make a claim, please visit homelane.com/care to submit your details and a brief description of your issue. Our executive will call you back within 24 hours & schedule a site visit, if needed.

Do I have to pay for a service visit?

Once you get in touch with us, our representative will ensure they understand your issue in detail. Based on the nature of the issue, our representative will be able to advise you on whether you are covered by the warranty or if it's a chargeable service.
