To partner with us, we ask that you have a background in interior design and/or architecture. It is also preferable that you have business experience in commercial or residential projects.

How many years is the franchise contract drawn for?

The initial term for the contract is for 3 years- renewable based on target.

When can my business break-even?

Your studio can be expected to break-even with ₹12-15 Lakhs revenue in 12-18 months.

What kind of returns on investment can I expect?

Returns on investment vary based on partner’s involvement, ability to generate leads, smooth operations, investment amount, location, rent and studio size etc. However, the projected ROI is 300% in 3 years.

What kind of support do I get from HomeLane before the launch of the studio?
